Preliminary was held on 11 September 2009 and Final on 12 September. Winner will walk away with RM2000, 1st Runner-up with RM1000 and 2nd Runner-up with RM500. Hosted by Fellest Yan, Director of Royal Phantom Dance Studio. Invited judges including Bobby, Director of Street Nation; Katoon, Champion of Sydney Battleground; and Shay, Madonna tour dancer, and was invited to perform in Michael Jackson concert tours as well!
Total participating teams & solos including Bovin, Rhythm Music, Jaisi, ABG, Mun Yee, Live For Respect (LFR), Rain, Dharsan, Project Elementz, Cavan, Nasty Nerd, Skul-Lockers and Michael.
Only 8 teams and solos can make it into the Final. Contestants had to impersonate Michael Jackson in their choreography or use Michael Jackson's tracks to perform and impersonate his moves.
Judges will give comments after each participant has performed. 8 teams who made it into the final including Bovin, Rhythm Music, Jaisi, ABG, Live For Respect (LFR), Rain, Dharsan and Project Elementz.
In the Final, Top 3 teams or solos were Dharsan (Winner), Rhythm Music (1st Runner-up) and Project Elementz (2nd Runner-up). For those who did not make it, you need not to feel disappointed. Winning or losing in life does not prove it will maintain this way throughout the whole life. Keep fighting and improving. Enjoying the progress of upgrading is what that means a lot in life. Winning is like a token or bonus to what you have worked out for. Just remember not to over proud with the winning because it makes you slack down.
